I've started selling on eBay again, and the results are encouraging. I posted a few books for sale starting Wednesday, and I had sales on both Thursday and Friday. Eventually I hope to post all the stock that's in my closet that I had for sale before Covid, when I worried about exposure while waiting in line at the post office. I'm also back to posting things on Etsy--so far, prints of two paintings. I did a test to see how long a printer would take to mail things, and to get an idea of how much to charge. I would sell originals, but I think they are buried in the rat's nest that I call a storage area. Anyway, things are going okay this week, except someone was rude to me a few days ago and I've been focused on that, but I hope to be over it soon. That's all for now, not that anyone cares, LOL.

So I've decided to give up on writing, because I'm not getting anywhere. People keep saying "don't quit" but quitting can be a good thing. For example, I quit an abusive marriage--smartest thing I ever did. Marilyn Manson started out trying to be a writer but quit and because a rock star. Anyway, to replace writing I'm doing art to sell on Etsy, Instagram, and Ebay. Just to get in the swing of things, yesterday I listed two paintings on Etsy--shop called PureLion, and I began listing books (not my own, written by others) on Ebay. Bingo, within 24 hours I had a sale. This tells me I'm heading in the right directly.
